Welcome to our restaurant, a space inspired by the traditions of Naxos. Baboulas carries on and evolves a family culinary legacy that began in 1965 in the heart of the island, in the mountainous village of Filoti.
For over six decades, we have been creating dishes that highlight the essence of Naxian tradition and cuisine. To achieve this, we use premium ingredients sourced exclusively from local producers.
